Sprites are images with color and size limitations, used in two-dimensional video games. These sprites are meant to imitate the style of the sprites used in the SNES RPG EarthBound.
Excluding the "Unearthed" sprites, anyone may use them however they please without asking. I appreciate being credited, but I don't require it. However, if you plan to use likenesses (the avatars), you may want to ask the person(s) depicted.
Importing into PK Hack
All of these sprites can be directly imported into PK Hack. First, save the archive from the "Download" link to your hard drive and extract the image from it with your preferred archive utility (WinRAR, WinZip, 7-Zip, etc.). In PK Hack's sprite editor, find an appropriately sized sprite to replace, set the indicated palette (from the "Palette" column), click "File -> Import sprite..." and select the saved PNG image.
